    After a national search launched earlier this year, the 91²Ö¿â Foundation has selected Tony Troxell as its next president. Troxell, who officially stepped into his role on Sept. 16, will be responsible for the overall management of Foundation activities including gift acceptance, distribution of gifts to the university, and investment management.

This position – an ombudsperson – has not existed at the university for the last two decades-plus, until now, with the recent addition of Johnny Armijo to serve in this role.

    91²Ö¿â Selects New General Counsel

    The 91²Ö¿â (91²Ö¿â) is pleased to announce the hiring of Jacquie Rich Fredericks, Ed.D., J.D., as the university’s next vice president, general counsel and secretary to the Board of Trustees. Fredericks, who has worked for the Colorado Department of Law (DOL) for the past 11 years, will begin at 91²Ö¿â on Aug. 15.

    Board of Trustees Approves FY23 Budget

    The 91²Ö¿â Board of Trustees moved through a lengthy agenda for its final meeting of fiscal year (FY) 22 on Friday, June 10, approving next year’s budget and receiving an update on the next phase of the university’s strategic plan, Rowing, Not Drifting 2030.
